Registration Fee

New Student Registration (K3/K4):

$250 per child

New Student Registration (K5-12)

$300 per child

Returning Student Registration:

$250 per child

Supply Fee

This fee is applied once a year to all students. Out of these funds, the school retains $20 per student to help cover copier paper, toner, toiletries, and cleaning supplies costs.  The remaining $30 is available to the classroom teachers for purchasing classroom supplies and instructional materials.

Tuition

At PHS, we apply a yearly tuition. Parents are welcome to pay the amount in-full at the beginning of the school year. We also give parents the option to make monthly installments that are split over ten months.

Full-day Preschool

Yearly: $3,250

K5-8th Grade

Yearly: $3,250

Monthly: $325

9th-12th Grade

Yearly: $3,500

Monthly: $350

Additional Child Discount

Families with more than one student enrolled at PHS are eligible for the Additional Child Discount. The highest grade level will be charged at full-tuition, and each additional child will be charged the discounted tuition.

Additional Child Tuition:

Yearly: $2,900

Monthly: $290

Other Fees

These additional high school fees help pay stipends to coaches of sports and help to replace damaged electronic parts, an inevitable consequence of learning robotics.

High School Sports Fee:                                                                           $50 per high school sport played

Semester Smoke Fee:                                                                       $20 per semester for Robotics classes                                                                     

Admissions Checklist for New Students

  • Call the office to verify that there are openings in the class(es) you're interested in.

  • For grades K5-12, schedule an appointment for placement testing in Language Arts and Math.

  • Fill out the following forms:

  • Collect the following items and submit them to PHS:​

    • Birth Certificate​ or Passport

    • Immunization Record

    • Previous School Records (for 2nd-12th only)

  • Pay Registration and Supply Fees. The office accepts check or money order payments. If you are paying by cash, please make the payment at RDA Law Firm (across from Bank of Hawaii). The school also accepts payments via PayPal. A 2.2% + $0.30 per transaction fee will be charged for payments made via PayPal.

  • Be sure to purchase school uniforms before the first day of school. PHS t-shirts are found exclusively at Manu'a Store in Nuuuli. If students are wearing a beige uniform shirt, they must wear navy blue bottoms (plain, no denim); if wearing a navy blue uniform shirt, student must wear plain khaki bottoms. Uniforms are worn every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and on Field Trips.

  • Please refer to the Supply List for items your child(ren) will need by the first day of school.

  • The first month's payment is due on August 6.

  • Registration for returning students opens March 1. Since new student registration begins April 1, please register by March 31 to ensure your child remains on the class roster.

  • Update the following forms:
