Should you be interested in enrolling your child(ren) in Pacific Horizons School, please include your mailing address in your correspondence and we will send you an application as soon as possible.  If acceptance is given, you will be notified by email or regular mail. A non-refundable Registration Fee for each student being registered is required along with all necessary documents (Registration Form, Student Health Form, Immunization Records, Birth Certificate, Records from the Previous School).
